Sorry to hear that. Have you tried using order resender on humble site (the one that says that order is already redeemed)? if it doesn't work I'll try writing to the humble support (although, I'm afraid they don't take kindly to giving keys away on steamgifts :( ).

Yes I've tried Order Resender, but it just emails me "my" Orders (games that I bought) not the games I've been gifted, like my copy of Surgeon Simulator was sent to me with a HB link and it does not appear on said list.
That's strange - I have both gifts (but only those send as giftlinks, not bare keys) and my purchases listed there. No matter, I should be able to buy another key, stay tuned ;)
