I heard there were some issues with the Deep Silver Bundle, and that some of the games from that bundle weren't ROW. I live in Canada, and am just wondering if I would be able to activate this game if I won.

I heard it too but according to this discussion: https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/Rm5bO/humble-bundle-deep-silver-2-bundle-region-locked this game should be region free. I bought the bundle in the general EU region (not Germany), so the keys shouldn't give problems.
