Maybe think over a, little, level restriction to hold at least the worst bots/extreme leechers and rule breakers (that, as example, sell there wins) out of your public GA's.
With 1 cent given you are level 1. With 25$ you are level 2 (and with a few bundles you can reach that with 2$ real money)
