Interesting? Hmm. Well, I started making "green" smoothies for breakfast. They're like a typical fruit and yogurt smoothie, but with spinach and chia seeds added for extra nutrition. (Before you start making a yucky face, spinach has such a mild flavor that's overpowered by the fruit, so they still taste pretty good!)
