Is this a new DLC? I bough the full pack, but steam claims I dont have this DLC o_O Plus I saw no vampire stuff ingame :O IS THIS MAGIC?

Blocksucker Pack and Unlockable Pack I are 2 that apparently aren't included. I don't have either of those.

The full pack is missing this one and Saints Row: The Third - Unlockable Pack.
I believe it's because those two break progression, and back in the day Steam didn't let you to deselect installed DLCs.
