Are you able to check if Humble has associated a key for redemption with your account? Perhaps a click occurred that claimed the key once, and now you're seeing the duplicate effect?

If you are signed in to humblebundle.com, try clicking on the person icon in the upper-right of the window. Click on "Keys & Entitlements". Search for Quiplash.
