I've been told this is quite cozy, so I'm giving it away to y'all fine folks at the Cozy Gaming Corner in hopes that one of you like it. It looks rather nice.π
Question: What were some of the last games you played? Here's my Steam Replay, for those wondering about mine from last year. My most recent is Borderlands 3. I'm also planning to play more Tacoma for PAGYWOSG.

I noticed you played lots of stardew valley is it fun? Its a game I need to get sometime.

Yeah, it is really fun and relaxing. And while I've read that some are a bit put off by the daily timer, I've yet to have issues with it. I find the timer to be rather generous most of the time. It only gives me issues if I try to plant too many things before I get an upgraded watering can and sprinklers.

Tacoma is really nice. I wish there was another part exploring more of that universe. You will like it.
Now the last major game I finished playing was Control, i really enjoyed it. I have shared that opinion in several places and got to know that most people hated it! Which was a surprise considering how impressive I found it. Especially its many inspiration from various domains of psychology and philosophy. And the game mechanics, Nice!
As for cozy games, I want to try a lot of Annapurna interactive games, eventually after I get a job!! :P

I've found Tacoma to be really nice, so far. I'm really looking forward to playing more of it.
I also liked what I've played of Control on Game Pass. I'm going to finish up a bit more of my backlog before I buy it on Steam, though. I have so many games.
When I see the name Annapurna attached to a game, I know it'll be good. The Artful Escape and Stray are two favorites that come to mind. And Donut County, Journey, and Flower. The quantity and quality just go on.

100%, Journey is my fav game ever. I may or may not have cried at the end!

I played it on my PS3, and it was such a beautiful experience. One of my favorites. It's a game I recommend to everyone, regardless of how much they game.

It does look cozy!
Thanks~
Lately I'm playing Pokemon Scarlet on Switch, so haven't been playing much on PC ^^; But Hogwarts is approaching, and that's gonna be the next big one for me.

I hope Hogwarts goes on sale soon I have 25 dollars saved for it

yeah will be tough :(

My bro has Scarlet, and has said it's good. If it wasn't for my massive backlog, I'd buy it, and binge the thing until it's beaten.

I like it yeah, despite the many graphic glitches people rant about, I just find them funny :p
But then, just put me in an open world with pkmn to catch and I'm happy, so...

Been playing Wintermoor Tactics Club, which I won here on SG. It's a decent casual VN/tactics mix, although as a TRPG enjoyer I can't say that part of the game is great. Also playing Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade on phone via emulator, it's pretty addictive. Let's see if it's gonna be the first FE game I'd finish, I've played Awakening before, but dropped it after getting somewhat stuck on an annoying long and hard level which I just didn't feel like replaying again at the time haha.

I keep on wanting to try out a Fire Emblem game, but it never happens. Maybe I'll emulate one on my Steam Deck. Maybe. Eventually. lol

Trying to complete The Last Campfire and Lego The movie game. It takes a looot of time for the last one..
And thanks for the giveaway :)

Thanks, I played their first game World's Dawn and loved it!
As for the question, I'm hooked on Satisfactory, both solo and co-op, but I'm still far from the mega constructions some ppl do xD
Comment has been collapsed.
I really do need to look up some Satisfactory gameplay. Love me some complex mega structures, especially ones with elaborate machines in them!

Satisfactory looks really good. But I've heard it's quite a time sink, which is why I have yet to get into it. How Long to Beat has this clocking in at 93 hours. That's intimidating!
I'll most likely play it eventually, though.
You're welcome! I hope you have a lovely day, too, and I hope you enjoy your new game!
I was busy all of yesterday, but my day was still wonderful. I sat in bed, watching my family's dogs while they were out at the doctor. I love our dogs.π

I played Spider-Man on my PS4 with a PlayStation+ trial, and it was super good. I highly recommend it to everyone.
I would have played a ton more games, but the three most played were hella played throughout the year. And PAGYWOSG had me busy.
I'm hoping this year has me playing even more games from my backlog, so I can clear a good chunk of them out. Most of my wins seem to be short... ish, so it is possible! Fingers crossed!

I put a lot of time into Stardew Valley last year but did not finish it. I lost momentum so I'm hoping I can eventually get back to it and cross the finish line. Last year I also picked up the two newer Deus Ex games - finished HR and am playing MD right now, both are absolutely amazing. Got introduced to Slay the Spire and I feel that is a game I'll be playing for the rest of my life - currently A2 with the Ironclad, A4 with the Silent, and A3 with the Defect, haven't played with the Watcher yet

I only finished my playthrough on the farm assessment, going into getting the Ginger Island farm, when my health just went to shit and made me lose all momentum. I'm hoping to maybe get back into things. I love Stardew Valley!
Similar also happened to Deus Ex: Human Revolution. I'll eventually play it again, though. Most likely once I get its sequel.
The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth is the sort of game I'll be playing until the day I die. It's something I don't tire of ever, and it's easy to get into after breaks from it. Especially with mods!

Reading your comment I realized I didn't even know about Ginger Island Farm haha so it looks like there's a lot more for me to accomplish on Stardew Valley :)
It's interesting to play DX:MD after learning more about video game design and seeing how they chose to have a small open-world hub in Prague. It's a city where you basically walk everywhere and can follow signs and landmarks to get around, so you don't need to rely on minimaps, but it's absolutely full of exciting things to do. Very different from other open-world games like Watch Dogs and GTA, two examples I played recently.
Binding of Isaac is definitely on my wishlist. It's usually on sale for less than 5 bucks, I just never bought it because I know it'll be a time-sink when I do π other games I frequently hear in the same category besides BoI and StS are Into the Breach and Faster than Light. I think Into the Breach is on Netflix Games so maybe I'll download that sometime soon

I hope to play Tacoma soon, too. Hope you have a fun play-through! One of my recents was Milo and the Magpies, which was won here :) Itβs a cozy point and click about a cat going through different backyards and interacting with other animals. Very cute. Thanks for the chance at A Story Beside!

In the winter sales I got 2 games that I wanted to play for quite some time. Len's Island, which I finished, and Travellers Rest, which will be one of the first I'll catch next.
Thanks for the giveaway! :)

Thank you at least for the recommendation. It looks like a nice game so I put it on my wishlist. <3
Last year I played a lot of The Planet crafter and Disney Dreamlight Valley, wich I both highly recommend. And I picked Subnautuca back up with the new content added. Besides that I also played Spiritfarer, Sable, Grow Song of the Evertree and We happy few.
Thanks for the chance and happy gametime.

You are so very welcome! I'm happy that you found my recommendation useful. If anything, I like to at least bring good games to the attention of others.
I legit just got Spiritfarer! I picked it up during an IndieGala sale a handful of days ago, because it has something I was craving at the time. I'll probably play it soon enough. I'll most likely make time for it on Spiritfarer Saturdays! Unless I just play it at random, like I do with Fallout 4 and my now dead Fallout Fridays lol π

I still dip into Animal Crossing from time to time...it's pretty cozy.
Comment has been collapsed.
I love Animal Crossing! I have all the main game ACs, except for City Folk. But I'll probably get it eventually.
My favorite is Animal Crossing: New Leaf. While I love many of the changes that New Horizons brough, New Leaf's animals have more personality, even if all animals of a same type still have the same dialogue. They just don't say a bunch of the same stuff as often as the ones in NH. The island decorating is still really good, though. 10/10 even if it is a little intimidating to me I just posted a bunch of Junimo stickers around my island and forgot about the rest
Comment has been collapsed.
New Leaf is the only one I've played, although for all the time I've put into it, I probably haven't experienced even 10% of what it has to offer. I had grand plans for modeling my island after Koholint, with an appropriate town tune and flag in mind, but I'm sure I'll never get around to any of that at this point. At least I was lucky enough to get the best villager, Marshal, in my town, though.
