I haven't seen it was a game + dlc gift. I already have the game and not the DLC, but when trying to register the key on my account, Steam says I already have part of the content (which is true) and the key is not activated.
I think you can ask for a reroll.

oh yeah my mistake, i had 2 keys (one for the game and one for the dlc) and made one giveaway thinking that the winner will get both but there was 2 winners
one for the dlc and one for the game

Yes, it will be better if the giveaway is deleted, as I couldn't register the key on my Steam account. Or you may contact a moderator asking him the best thing to do.
And I don't want to put your gift as "not received", it's not ideal in this case.
Marking the giveaway as "Not Received" is what you have to do according to the site's rules if the creator of a giveaway cannot deliver the title they offered in the giveaway.
