Yeah, this seemed suspicious from the start. The user created their account and on the same day , posted 2 giveaways. neither has a confirmed claimed win, so I'm gonna keep a close eye on this and report it once it's clear that it's a fake giveaway.
U should had made the giveaway higher lvl though, people use bot or extra accounts to join low lvl giveaways multiple times so they increase their own chances unfairly for winning... :P
