Contributor giveaways aren't classed as Public, so they don't fall under that rule.

Whether or not contributor-giveaways are considered public, what I posted in the description are not even rules by any chance and therefore don't need any approval of the mods.

Only enter if you want the game. Don't if you just have some points left and don't know what else to do with them.
That couldn't be a extraneous rule, even if I wanted it to be. First off all, it is already a (unwritten) rule of this community and can even be dedcuced as argumentum e contrario from the Base Rules in the FAQ. Secondly, how in the world should I be able to check that, even if I wanted to???
All I did there was to tell the people entering that they shouldn't (and thereby lowering the chances to win of everybody else) if they don't even want to play the game. Why would anyone want to do that anyway? It's just unsocial.

I will check the winners profile. If you already have the game or you gave away keys that aren't allowed by the rules etc. (FAQ; e.g. indivudal bundle-keys) then don't even enter, because I won't send the gift to you and ask for a reroll instead.
Let me just ask where you read in one of this communities rules that I have any obligation to give a game to someone who obviously cheated to be able to enter this giveaway? Would that be fair to any of the contributors who entered this giveaway by investing their hard earned money and giving to this community? I don't think so. And like I wrote, and what you might have seen if you would have taken a real look instead of just glancing at it: I won't send the gift and will ask the mods for a reroll if I think someone cheated himself into this giveaway. It's not up to me to decide whether or not he/she did. They will and I will follow their decision.

I am trying to give something to those who make this community what it is and don't just take over and over again without giving, without contributing anything else and without at least saying "Thank you".

Maybe you should add not beeing a know it all to your policy.
