i have no idea i got it as a sweet from a trade , and i dont keep keys myself , so why not just give it away and perhaps get contributor points.

Paradox gave away EU3 keys for those who had newsletter there. That's how they celebrated 500k forum users. I am one from the very beginning but without subscription I ended up with nothing (maybe with little disappointment) :(.
