I'm not really sure; I have two separate codes for the bundle and Cortex. So this COULD include Cortex Command, but don't get your hopes up.

it doesn't then. Cortex Command has it's own separate key in the bundle because it was released long after the bundle ran. the other key is for all the other games aside from CC.

You're supposed to be giving a gift URL in bundle giveaways. Failing that, you should at least give the full bundle in one giveaway, not split it.

you sure about the URL thing? lots of people have already claimed the pages for their bundles on their account, but have left the keys unused

It seems that rule has been removed since the time I read the rules, as I can't find any trace of it. So unless someone corrects me, it's probably fine to give just the keys now.

This isn't from me buying HB2, this is a key I got from buying HB3. They gave people who bought HB3 HB2 as well, but I already bought the second bundle. So I'm giving away what they gave me.

Alright. As I wrote above, it seems giving just the keys is fine now. Although giving only 1 of the keys may fall under misrepresentation. I don't know any more, best to ask in the forum or write a support ticket or something. It would be annoying to get this giveaway deleted after it's over.
