As for the "people don't want free games" bit, it's not that we don't want free games, it's just that it's against the rules to give away keys that come from a bundle (again, either the whole bundle or not at all). However, this rule apparently doesn't apply to you since you said it's not from the bundle.
Also, there is a "Rep" system that view-able on the your profile that shows how many people that have entered your giveaway and won actually received their gifts from you. The closer to 100 percent that percentage is, the better.

You are not allowed to submit keys from a bundle separately as a giveaway. Ask Supports to remove your giveaway.
You can give them away in forum though.
