If you're from a EUR country yourself, UK and Switzerland would actually have been fine, since they're at less than +10%. I thought you were from the US, because you mentioned that in the last one. But before you lose another giveaway slot, it's probably best to leave it as it is now. Just remember for the next one. ^^

When you create a new giveaway, it tells you how many giveaways you can make. As far as I know, that number can't be found anywhere else.

Thanks everyone for the help. Currently "You're able to create up to 3 additional gifts based on your giveaway feedback." so I should be safe. I will be more safe next time when I will create more giveaways.
I've been away for some time and didn't checked SteamGifts. Iwould've loved to have a better and easy way to create a giveaway, without checking so many things due to restrictions and stuff. SteamGifts would be great if they implement a cross-check between Steam and SteamDB based on my location, to help me as a user to choose when I want to create a giveaway, to automatically help me select the countries where it's available. And the slots that are available for creating the giveaways in my SteamGifts personal community stats.
