These keys are for the full Multi-player game, does not include the Single-Player Campaign.
I have 25 of these keys and I am doing 2 more giveaways since the max amount of gifts per giveaway is 10.
Yeah, if that's how he's getting the keys then it is really disappointing. I'm not even going to try getting the key "legit" through the proxy though because it feels shady. Anyone know if it could get you banned? It would kind of suck if a winner of this contest ended up getting band for using a spurious key... then again maybe it's all above board and fine, I just don't know enough about it.
They keys are perfectly legitimate, you will not get banned for using them. The website giving them out is a Polish magazine. You have to be on a Polish connection or it wont give you the key, but there is nothing that says someone who does not live in Poland cannot redeem the key.
Besides, AFAIK, no one has ever been banned for activating a product on steam.
