What should I do? If I return the game, the key will be redeemable again?

Sorry, I must have inverted the two links, so you got "Jusant" instead of "Station to Station" and the reverse happened for the other giveaway...
I don't think anything can be done about that. Key can't be refunded through Steam.

I can't set this giveaway Received for now because I don't have "Station to Station" in my steam library and steamgifts will ban me.
I didn't receive Station to Station, if that wasn't clear from my earlier comment (I believe you simply gave me the correct Jusant link, but it had already been claimed, so all I got was an error message and nothing else).
So- assuming something else didn't happen to that key- you can still provide ninjachang that key, if you'd like, to complete that giveaway. Or we can try and discuss with staff if it's possible to change both giveaways to the other game (I'd be pretty happy to receive StS, in fact), under the condition that ninjachang is willing to agree to that change.
