This giveaway pops up in my list even though I own it. You might want to check the winners. Cheers!

I'm not really sure what you mean by that. AFAIK you will be shown giveaways for games you already own unless you set up your filters to exclude them. The giveaway ends in 5 days so there are no winner yet.

I know. And I have the filters set to not show games or DLC that I already own. That is why I was surprised to see it. I have noticed these kinds of things happening with a few games and I have to manually set the game/DLC to be filtered.
I was giving you a heads up that this one seems to be one of those odd cases and you might want to keep an eye out for entries where someone might have entered by mistake. I think it is to do with a fault in the way Steam categorizes the games. I remember reading about it in one of the forum posts. Hope I made myself clear. :D

Totally clear, thanks for the heads up! I'll try to be more careful when creating these giveaways in the future (maybe I failed to set it up correctly), also I'll give some sort of disclaimer in the description to let people know. Thanks again, good luck for your other entries and have a nice day! :)
Edit: one such instance could be if you've purchased a collection, like I did with XCOM2. It contains all of the DLCs but they are not specifically listed in my steam library and I can see and enter giveaways for XCOM DLCs regardless of my settings.
