There's no reason to feel that way.
It's not really common games on Steam-related community, I think? And it's not that desirable stuff to purchase unless you actually want to play. It's just something you need to buy someday to complete the whole package. So I thought this can be a good chance to do so for people who only have a base game.

I got a dejavu right now. Something like 1-2 years ago I surfed giveaways list, noticed giveaway thread but decided to click on it after I check all the giveaways.
