Just letting people know that it has a weird 'certain countries restriction' but it doesn't say which region. As far as i know, it should be ROW, but i'm just warning up ahead, it was obtained in EU so that MIGHT effect it. If the winner for this reason cannot activate it, i'll pick another one.
