If it's region locked, it has a legend like "This game can only be redeemed in blablabla". I think it would be better if you take a screenshot of the part that says "Europe" (beware, do not share the serail key!) and ask for advise here.
So, it's region locked? Next time please add that info in the Description, as there are people (like me) who could enter the GA and win... and then can't activate the game and get ban in the page because of this.

Keep rerolling, and let people know that they should not put "received" until they can actually get the game. It's tedious, but is the best approach.
