Hi there. You won Puzzles at Mystery Manor about two weeks ago and you didn't mark the game as received.

So I am wondering about whether you purchased that bundle meanwhile and didn't use that key - in which case it would be nice if you could comment at my GA asking for a reroll so that support can see when I send a ticket -

or whether you used that key and just forgot to mark as received - in which case if would be nice if you could mark it as received.
