Hi, first of all, thanks for the giveaway.

I've noticed you haven't set a level restriction in your giveaways, may i suggest, that you do so in your future ones?
The reason is simple, there are a lot of bad accounts on this site, like autojoiners, multis, bots, win resellers and other rule breakers or just leechers, who doesn't contribute to the site at all, and most of them are found on level 0.
I even suggest to set an higher level than 1, because it will cost like 10 Cent to reach that level, even level 3 is pretty cheap to reach and will costs like 10 to 20 bucks, also being poor isn't an excuse for me, because i live below the poverty line of my country and even i managed to get to level 5 in few months.
Another advantage of setting the bar higher is, that you won't get bothered by all the annoying thank you messages from autojoiners with thank you script, that's why i set my bar even higher to at least level 4 and level 3 being the real exception.
You can even go right away and delete your giveaway to set it up new with a level restriction, if you wish to do so, deletion of running giveaways are accepted instantly.

I'm a person, who checks his winners, about ratio and also rule breaks and if you like to do so:
http://www.sgtools.info/activation
http://www.sgtools.info/multiple-wins

If you see red marks there, you can request a reroll for a new winner, just put the link into your support ticket

If you want to know how many users are on each level:
https://www.steamgifts.com/stats/community/users
with 970k users on level 0 85% of the accounts on the site haven't contributed with a giveaway and just there for leeching, another reason for setting up a level restriction.

If you got more questions, feel free to ask.

Have a nice day

This is called steamgifts, not steam"giftingbutonlyforthosewhodeserveit". The only reason for setting a level higher than 0 in a baseline giveaway is avoiding people who sell the won keys. "Leechers" are basically intended, as these are people who can't afford gaming

Yeah and Burger King is King of the Burgers, because it's name says so, duh
you obviously didn't read my whole post, i live below the poverty line and made it to level 5, you can reach level 1 with about 10 cents, if someone can't afford 10 cents he probably got worse problems than free games
good that everyone tries to legitimate bad accounts
and who says every leecher can't afford any games? I guess there is a good chunk who could, but doesn't want to

I read whole of it, and still struggle to see why I should limit my GAs to a level higher than 1. And unlike Burger King, this name is a mission declaration, not an ad, so this argument sucks. If everyone went on this site and saw giveaways limited to a 3-4 level in minimum, no one would join, ever. Stop gatekeeping gifts, if you are so focused on people giving back what they get, go to steamtrades

do they have a manifest somewhere, where they declared their mission or is this just an assumption?
Why do they even have that level system, when their "mission" is just to gift games?
It's unrealisitc to argue, that there will be no level 0 or low level GAs, so i won't adress this point any further
we can have different opinions about the case, but don't tell me what to do
The feedback i got was mostly positive, which shows i'm doing the right thing, but of course there are always level 0/1 who got offended or the occasional Naysayer

i haven't adressed you and i think, the gifter can speak for himself, if he finds it's annoying, but from my experience most gifters are very thankful for the helpful suggestion, so why should i stop with it, because some stingy leeching low level got annoyed?

You should stop because you are annoying, obtuse and its, simply put, embarrassing. Everyone cringes when they inevitably see your comment.

Just feels like an excuse for people like you, that repeat GAs of low priced keys over and over, to have more chances to win.

and why do low levels like you not the same?

Do i have to? And even if i did... i still would not refer to people as "low" or "high" level. That's just stupid.

so should we call it stingy/leecher level and elite level?

if it makes you feel better about yourself... giving low priced keys just as a motive to have more changes to win triple A games its not something that i would do. Its great that you don't see a problem in doing that, it shows the type of leech you probably are in real life.

if you've read carefully you would have known, why i don't have much spare money left and i still gift games, which aren't absolute trash and which many people are interested in, the price i paid doesn't matter, it won't make anything illegit as you try to suggest this

also i'm not very interested in triple A games, as you suggested, look at my library, you won't find much
but i think it doesn't make sense to discuss with you any further, when you call me a leech, while i'm generously gifting games, that's some serious loss of reality, you should really consult someone

If you do it generously like you say you do, don't judge other people for their level. As i said, that's stupid. My point its not the money you spend on GAs, it's the fact that you feel that the level of the person as an impact on how much the person deserves to win. If you are not happy with the "stingy/leechers" as you call them, just use your money to buy the games you want, and become part of that system as well. That's a solution... Making every giveaway high-level removing the possibility for other people to win if they're below your level, its not the way.

you clearly missed the point, where i mentioned bots and other rulebreakers, which are more common on low levels, than on high levels, you're focused too much on the leechers

tbh i use my money to buy the games i want, because if i would rely on SG, i would never get them and i like the secret Santa system, so i won't leave

you're calling level 5 a high level? thanks for the laugh

Never said its high level but its, surely, not low. Everyone can make a bot nowadays, its not that hard, and rulebreakers exist in every level. Again, my point: restricting GAs by level 3+ its not the way as newcomers will never even want to use the site. I dont have all day to make you understand something you clearly dont want to.

it's unrealistic to assume that there will be no level zero GAs

sure, they exist on every level, but the most are on level zero, just because of the sheer number of level zeros and the easiest solution is to set a level restriction, easy as pie
