Alan Wake Collector's Edition Steam Key from HB.

Those who comment will be entered into a random generator for Company of Heroes 2 (steam preorder)

One person will be selected and will receive a Company of Heroes 2 steam gift. I will contact winner via steam.

(There is no way to do this on steamgifts, so i will have to manually enter peoples name into a third party random gen.)

I think you can count number of comments. Then random for xth comment. Then check if that user comment >once (use ctrl-f) ot whatever rule u can think of. If you don't like the winner, randow another number.
