I don't know how the Steam version got such poor reviews. I remember this game being fun :'(

Maybe you remember the old Theme Hospital which was really fun, but it is not available on steam though. The good thing is that some of the devs from Theme Hospital made "spiritual sequel" Two Point Hospital ^_^
