Look what I found in my mails from 2011.
It was an unused gift URL until just now, when I redeemed it to my mail to check the contents of the bundle.
Since I already own everything, I'm forwarding the HB URL.

The wikia page also states that this bundle also contains a Steam key for Trauma, however I can see no such indicator on the HB page.

Nah, I had given up on re-rolling. You were the first one who at least did not have the most expensive game (Frozen Synapse), all other already had both games.
If you insist, I will re-roll - otherwise it's fine with me if you redeem the key.
Just let me know, if it also activates Trauma (maybe one of the keys activates 2 games, not sure).

When Frozen Synapse was activated, there was not a word about the Trauma. But Trauma appeared in my library.)) So Trauma was in the bundle after all.

Do you know if there will be a violation of the rules, if i win a bundled-game that already have? Or if game on bundle, i will not be banned? Because the problem is that I can be banned for winning a game that already exists on steam account.

When you win a bundle that contains one or multiple games which you already own, it is up to the giveaway creator (in that case me) to request a re-reoll.
It would not be allowed to create a giveway from a giveaway you won - but AFAIK you can't create a giveaway for SpaceChem.
It is also forbidden to win a giveaway and activate it on a different Steam account - but in your case, since you already own SpaceChem it, you have my permission to give it to a friend of yours :)
If you still have any doubts about a rule violation, you should create a support ticket and ask a moderator.
