With respect, Khalaq, lots of people make mistakes on this site-- especially first-time users (this person registered minutes before creating this GA). We are not "accusing the giveaway creator of posting a fake giveaway;" (because we read the FAQ), but we are discussing the possibility that an honest mistake was made. If I were brand new to the site, I'd appreciate the comments in case I really did make a mistake. And it protects people who enter the GA who don't want to lose their points if it was indeed a mistake.

In other words, I think it would be fair for Support to differentiate between this kind of discussion, versus calling out someone as a scammer, creator of fake giveaways, etc.
