Just a question, can I enter if I already own the base game?

Well for a while I was winning every 100 giveaways or so, but then after the 7th gift I stopped winning, I passed way over 1000 already (if I'm not mistaken) and no more giveaways.
Still, I'm pretty damn thankful for what I won.

i have won two games with about 200 giveaways entered, now i am at 330 with only this 2
but i am really happy with the 2 games i won

I got 7686 and won 18. That means I win .23% of the time. I just do this site as a daily thing and get lucky very very very very rarely haha. A really good way to win are the ones at the top when they give away like 100+ copies of a game.

Ahaha, and here I was thinking I was unlucky by not winning out of my 40+ entries of games I actually do want to win. (Cause I don't enter games I dont ever feel like playing)
