You cannot mark the giveaway "not received" until the grace period is over, but you can leave it on "awaiting response." until that time. In the meantime, you may contact the giveaway creator to see if he will provide you with the full version as he should have done in the first place.

If he doesn't have a full version of the game to give you, he may ask you for permission to delete the giveaway.
