Thank you for the game!

Hi! Thanks again for the game! Beaten main storyline yesterday. Really fun and engaging game. Especially first couple of hours before I used to the humor.
Will try to get all warp discs to see other locations and definitely will grab the DLC once on decent sale :)

Cool! I'm glad you actually played and enjoyed it.
Most of my gifts end up in someone's backlog (I am guilty of this myself - it is just impossible to play all the games I have).

This game was on my wishlist, so no excuses not to play it :)
But I agree, people (as a rule) have far more games than one person can "digest". Personally have 136 unplayed games out of 475 in my library... 1700+ hours of unplayed games according to HLTB. And most of them are good games actually... And I can't stop buying or wining games as well...
I was stressing about it, but now trying to fix the issue by treating my backlog more as a collection of games and not something I MUST PLAY. Like I finally grabbed that shiny God of War on summer sale - it can sit in my library for as long as it needed for me to feel I actually wona play it :) I just glad I have it and when time will come - I will beat it.
With SG wins it is slightly more complicated as I strive to priorities won games. But still failing having 7% of unplayed games and 9% of unfinished...

My problem is at a different scale.
HLTB only imports 2500 out of 15k titles from my library, but estimates time to beat the entire library as ~12500 days...
A lot of them are trash though :) I can not get a lot of games I'd like to play due to regional restrictions. There is a lot of great new releases and games ported from PS to PC that are not listed in the steam store / refuse to activate for me.

You definitely should treat your library as a collection. You have no other choice :) I was "lucky" enough to miss 10 years of gaming or so... Otherwise I would have thousands of games as well 😅 For me "beating my backlog problem" looks manageable - I just need to stop getting new games for a couple of years. But I won't 🙃
Так-то мы в одной лодке и я прекрасно понимаю ситуацию. But for me it isn't an issue: I used to buy games years after release, also my most powerful gaming machine is a Steam Deck and it also forces some limits on what I can actually play. So I'm not that much excited about new games as they are at least expensive at the moment. I can wait, I used to wait :)
