For the own BL is 1k the max. and i have it always full, only with level 5 or higher users (autojoiners, multiaccounters, exploiters, abusers, cheater etc.).
also group circle jerkers that just give away games to the same 10 people. all just giving each other the same games to boost CV

I think there's some confusion. Some users seem to think that you're celebrating that you've blacklisted 100 people which, of course, is capped at 1000. As far as I know, there's no limit on how many users can blacklist you.
I'm already lucky because i win this one here on steamgift 1 year ago.
I finish him 100%, it's a great great game so i hope the winner likes it as much as I do.

Makes sense. People are pretty quick with the BLs. I think I have 12 users blacklisted. I probably had many more before leaving SG the first time.
