That list is almost complete, because it contains the keys that are Steam redeemable in any cases, meanwhile as far as I know, only Amazon sells Steam redeemable keys for Call of Duty 1-4. Why? Because they understand, that Steam is the ultimate pc gaming platform, and the most of the customers prefer it. And not to mention, that those who bought the steam key, won't use their bandwidth to download
