Definitely check the winner. Not only can owners still enter, but the game shows up as just "Grey Goo" in your library, Definitive Edition is not mentioned anywhere, so someone may think that this is a different version than the game they already have.

Please contact the retailer or online seller where the code was purchased for assistance." Could you please check, whether you copied the correct key to SG? Thanks in advance.
Worked. And don't worry, happened to me before that I pasted the wrong key. I even remeber, that I once pasted a key into the giveaway descrition, luckily I noticed it before the giveaway ended - of course it was used up pretty quickly, hehe
