And about your question. You don't actually get 0$ for next submissions, but the CV gets "on hold" until you give away non bundle games. later on you will be receiving extra 20% from this uncounted bundle CV for non-bundle GAs.

So for example if you give away them all you will only get 30$ CV, but if later on you give away non-bundle game worth 10$ instead of 10$ you will get 12$ CV and so on and on until you use up all stored bundle CV.
