lol the german tranlation was surely made with google translater xD I like to use google translater, too but sometimes the translations are terrible ^^
EDIT: Not exactly the same what you wrote but it says what you wanted to say and it's not translated word by word so that it makes more sense ;)

I wasn't sure if it is just your youtube channel or the channel from you and someone else.
So if the channel is from more than one person, you should write ". . . folgt uns auf unserem YouTube-Kanal"
If it's your own channel it's like I wrote before.
Similar with the giveaways. If the giveaways are made by more than one person it's ok like I wrote it above. If the giveways are made just by you, you should write "Diese Woche verschenke ich MadMax für Steam" and "Nächste Woche verschenke ich PayDay 2."
Hope it's not too confusing xD
But that's just to make it 100%. You can just leave it like it is. That's also ok and I think noone will complain about it ^^
