The key was for the sout american region only, so even when the key was "tecnically speaking" recibed, it was not worth it for me.
I think ppl whould warn about this things when setting up the giveaways.

Well I made a ticket about the region lock issue, cause my account could be banned if I dont activate the key, and thats what the staff tol me to do:

"Please post about the issue in the giveaway comments. If they do not provide a row key of the game in a week, mark it not received."

So... It seems, you should send me a row key in a week from now.
