Not sure, maybe it only shows it if only a small number of countries can activate it. I assume you bought the key in Germany, in that case this key would be the one labeled 'Everyone else: {sub/891004}'. Same for Cassette Beasts as well. Do confirm that the winner is not from the restricted countries under that list. Cheers!
