Please activate that game on your account, I cannot send you your key until you have your prize added to your Steam library. If you regifted it, then I will have to ask support to choose a new winner instead of you, you'll get a suspension, and your regift giveaway deleted.

It is stated in the site rules, accessible by the FAQ.

Since The Architect is a pretty cheap game (about 1 USD on the grey market now), I suggest to try to get a copy of it and activate it. You may try trading, the grey market sites, or just buy this $1.49 bundle that has it.
This way you can get this game, won't get a suspension, and won't have to face other consequences later, like not being able to enter SGTools protected forum giveaways.
