It's a farming sim, or it should be, but it's in essence a fetch quest game. It's very relaxing though with plenty of diversity in gameplay. Just dive in and enjoy.
I played this game and kind of enjoyed it, but I was expecting way more from it. You're right it's mostly a series of fetch quest, however it is pretty relaxing if you don't mind this type of quests, and it's so cute.
