If this is your first game, then it looks ok. The story doesn't sound bad but sadly the graphics are a real let down. Maybe if you use a more classic style or (with time) put more detailed 3d models, then the game would look much better. As it is now, it looks more like a flash game.
Of course this is not with bad intention, on the contrary, I'm looking forward to how it will look in the future, if you're going to continue working on it.

I already have all these but had to post a comment. This entire pack is worth it, even if you only play 1 game, that being Uplink. There are mods for the game, too, at MODLINK, some Gateways, etc, but some mods that completely change the game, too, some even as far as adding new mechanics to the game. I highly recommend the FBI Mod, if you go to Modlink and download some of them. (Click on "Mods", then "Dev Mods" for the FBI Mod)

EDIT:- I don't usually bother with Greenlight games but I have to admit to more than a passing interest in yours. I voted for it and expect nothing short of the revolutionary gameplay that Populous introduced us all to back when it was on the Amiga......ANYTHING LESS AND I SHALL HUNT YOU DOWN LIKE THE DOG THAT YOU ARE, SKIN YOU ALIVE AND THROW YOU INTO A VAT OF SALT!! AHEM Sorry about that, I get a bit passionate about games, sometimes
