Steam only refunds you if you have less than 2 hours in the game. You have 3.5 hours. So he cant refund it and anyways its your business if you want to buy him the game not my lookout.

bruh stop being a crusader of truth. there is no war here. we all read it. support replied to satyam . why are you being a know-all. you have no knowledge of the same issue. we learnt from this mistake. you take the lesson too coz if by your logic, public GA + region restricted doesn't need 5 entries, well you are wrong. if not satisfied make an region restricted hour long only GA and only 2-3 ppl will join, you will know.
