if you have the game already just mark the game as received and gift the key to someone or make a new gift on this page.
if it doesn't work. i can't help you the key was unused. in that case you can mark the game as not recieved. it was a humble bundle key it should work. maybe someone guessed it or something it should be yours so maybe steam support can help you.
