I don't know, probably. I don't mind, I think the key will still work it'll just give you everything else. The bundle has 14 items in it.

Yes it awards you everything you are missing but people still ask if YOU (the giveaway creator) are okay with this or if you would prefer someone who doesn't own anything to be the winner (to enjoy the content to it's fullest).
Most of the time though this question is in relation to they own the base game but missing the DLC, where this is one of the few cases where there is multiple base games.
