If you, like me, own the "SEGA Mega Drive and Genesis Classics" bundle, this game will already be in your Steam library as part of that. Steam recognises that you already own it, (this acts like a DLC) but doesn't list the games separately in your account which is why you can still enter for these.

Just be aware of that. ^^ I just added this game to my ignore list because I checked my account.
