Those words or express that sentiment, I will be blocked or are you saying that if I don't express that sentiment upon winning, I will be blocked? Not trolling. Genuine confusion about the intent of the description.
In rare occasions people actually want to express appreciation for giveaways of games that they really want to play.
But yeah, generally it's just a spam of "thank you" for whatever reason..
