I see your region is Germany, so if you purchased it on HB in the Ukraine bundle the game would region locked to EU. You'll want to recreate the giveaway checking only those countries listed in that Steamdb link.

I do appreciate the offer, that's very kind of you. I'm in the USA so it wouldn't work for me, but even if I was in your region I wouldn't want to take away a game you were planning on using for a giveaway.
