About this, probably the user marked the giveaway as "not received" because he already won this DLC on 29 Dec.
Of course he could have asked a reroll in this page, instead of just waiting until he was able to mark it as not received.
I suggest to always check the winner's profile before delivering a gift and if he already owns the game or if he didn't activate some wins, you should just reroll.
Ok, I didn't check the profile, that's somewhat my fault then but as you mentioned, he could've asked for a refoll or contact me about this. Like I said, I tried to contact him after 3 days but he ignored it, blocked me off and just marked it as "not received" instead of telling me to reroll or smth. It leaves a bad taste behind :/
The other thing now is whether my key is still legit or used now. There's no way for me to check or contact him :(.
