Is there any way to download and Install the base-Game via steam?
I did not have seen any, I installed it with a beta key via their own side (steam did not accept the key).
This game shouldn't be on steamgifts at this point. "Do not submit guest passes, coupons, beta keys"
Even though this title is on Steam as a DLC, it's still in closed beta.

Yeah, shouldn't be flagged DLC since Landmark is F2P. I'd say most people have Landmark installed through the official means anyway...

Actually it's in early access. It's labeled closed beta, but purchasing allows you into it through the early access plan.
