In rare cases you may have to wait longer than expected before getting a key, this is due to each winner being checked manually, often with help from support and each check producing a wait time, if re-rolled this process starts anew.

Update: Due to a recent steam update adding a new sub-option for privacy settings, SGtools.info will report your account as being private in case you didn't update it. How to do this? See the steam knowledge database for reference: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4113-YUDH-6401
There is a support ticket limit of 20 per user, not updating this setting might impact my ability to give out gifts to winners for days, as there are already enough things support has to check even without.
