W/o AC, when you mean electricity, no internet as well, so choosing Internet w/o it mean literally you have no internet as well... Or did I got that point wrong?
Heating? I hate winter.... The 30+°C isn't such a problem for me. But when I look at the others... I think they still die from it....
Problem for me is from which state? I could live w/o internet, when it was before I'm into it(forums, games etc.).
W/o heating in winter I think I would die.

I survived this heat wave with an old car, without AC and with black leather seats.. I have seen hell itself

Actually, horribly.. its just torture for the body :D Feel sick a lot of times, no energy whatsoever.. But seems that the heat wave is going away slowly.. Now its 25 C instead of 30+ C .. :D:D
Oh damn, sounds crazy.. I love having all the seasons at the door step.. Last winter we had half a meter of snow and I had to go home from Uni when all the roads where snowed in (awesome driving, love it).. Now I'm swimming in 25 C degree water in the sea.. (for us that is almost hot, compared to other times) :D I would love to move - but I suppose I would have to look for a place with similar climate..

We usually have temperatures around 20-25 C .. Those 10 degrees more are killer, if you're not used to it...
Im thinking something about Canada for me, but moving to Europe is a good choice, too.
The thing is, though - that snow is here for a week or two. Then it gets warmer, everything starts to thaw and everything becomes mushy with snow and cheap-ass salt compound.. Everything's wet and ugly :D But when it snows its beautiful :D

Europe is pretty great that way - get in your car, a days drive and you can be either at a resort with 30 C degrees or climb mountains/enjoy snow.. A month ago me and some friends went to Poland to climb Tatra Mountains.. Almost two weeks living there and it cost us around 200 eur for a person.. Car, gas, accommodations.. In my opinion cheap as hell for traveling..
Dont know where you are from, so cant really judge or compare that, though..

Yeah, my country's currency is quite sad and small - Malaysia - so going anywhere with snow will be a bit pricey, sadly! My dream is to go to Europe and stay for a month! :D
