It's was link on humble-gift it should be no problem, also I already had the distribution with the same game, the winner was from USA and had no problems. But it from "Humble Capcom Super Turbo HD Remix Rebundle", so I searched the problem on the forum and suppose that yes, apparently there are some problems with the bundles from the Capcom. If so, it's very frustrating, in bundle there is absolutely no information about this.
But you won and it is worth to do something with it.
I can't just buy the game for you, as in all the stores it will have regional restrictions. And I can't get a copy here in the forum, because apparently there was a problem with all games from the Capcom, so it will be not rational. The options I see:

• you can keep the key yourself, I don't have access to it and you can to make your GA with a regional lock;
• I write in support of the order to cancel this GA and you can still keep the key (if you wish);
